How the data is sourced
Brewery listings start from the Open Brewery DB public dataset and are corrected and supplemented by hand (closures removed, missing breweries added, coordinates verified). Hours, amenities, and "last verified" dates come from each brewery's own public sources (website, social media, or direct confirmation) — never guessed or inferred. Where a fact can't be verified, it's left blank rather than estimated.
